Villu is a magnificent log clubhouse with a massive terrace and impressingly grand vestibule.
On the ground floor there is a spacious dining area and a separate large kitchen with extra storage room. There is another storage room (or wardrobe) behind next to the kitchen, behind the staircase. The vestibule has a cosy lounge area with a fireplace creating a warm and relaxing ambiance.
There is also a reception area and a separate office next to it. Also on the ground floor are 2 bathrooms/locker-rooms opposite two restrooms. The first floor can be accessed either from the staircase in the vestibule or the staircase on the terrace.
On the first floor is another restroom and one more storage room/utilities room. There is a large hall leading to the balcony and the bedrooms. There are two bedrooms for 4 people and one bedroom for 2 people. In the bedrooms for 4 there is a cosy sitting area and a wall separating the sleeping area, two beds on each side.
There is a wonderful overview of the grounds from the balcony and a staircase down to the terrace. The terrace is ideal for outdoor dining and clubhouse summer parties.

It is possible to use different stone materials as wall coverings. It is possible to choose from brick, decorative stone, etc. If you use stone as your external wall covering, a special cement board is installed on the prefabricated wall and the stone material will be installed thereupon on the site. In the case of stone covering, a wider foundation must be built to support the wall covering.
It is similar to a stone facade, a special cement board will be installed on the prefabricated walls. The rendering of the facade will take place on the site.
With wooden facade you have many additional options. You may choose between different cladding profiles, types of wood and the manners of treatment of the wood (varnished, painted, impregnated, etc.) Treated wooden cladding will be installed on the prefabricated walls at the factory.

The Standard Package includes everything from the Basic Package, plus all the materials needed to complete the exterior of your log house. This includes exterior finishing elements such as cladding details, mouldings, skirting boards, terraces, balconies, and wind protection materials. Windows and doors can be ordered separately and added to the package. The Standard Package is a great choice if you want your home’s exterior to be finished quickly and weather-protected, while continuing the interior works at your own pace.
The Premium Package includes everything from the Basic and Standard Packages, plus all the materials required for building the interior walls and ceilings up to the installation of building boards. All boards and fastening accessories are carefully prepared and packed for your convenience. As with the Standard Package, windows and doors can be ordered separately and included in your package. You can also add stairs, stair railings (for multi-storey houses), and roofing materials for a more complete solution. The Premium Package is the most comprehensive and convenient option, providing nearly all the materials needed to finish the log house structure and prepare it for interior completion efficiently and effortlessly.

The period between the start of a house project and the delivery on the construction site is specific to each project as many elements can influence the duration, such as the house changes and validation of details, the rapidity of exchanges between Palmatin teams and the clients, the size of the project, etc.. In average, we consider that the preliminary phases of the project, including the discussion of the clients ideas and wishes, the budgetisation, agreement, drawings, design and technical details up to the validation before production last 5 weeks. Depending on the house type, the production is taking between 8 to 12 weeks. Besides, you can add a few weeks for the house shipment and delivery.
The house models are all customizable, from the insulation to the room sizes. Palmatin gives you the possibility to design a house you like, complying with your lifestyle, ambitions and needs. Therefore, an on-measurement house is certainly feasible and even recommended if you already have an idea of what your house should look like. The basic package leaves most of the work to the owner. It contains the structure of the house made of the log parts. The standard package is providing with a finished exterior and let the owner work freely on the inside. It includes the materials of the basic package, some elements of the roof, some completing wooden materials and external windows and doors. The premium package is the one allowing the fastest assembly as it gathered all the elements to complete the house quickly. In addition to the basic and standard package elements, you will also find all the interior doors, all the wooden materials and the stairs.
