Log part:

Pre-sawing of the door and window openings
Horizontal cuts are sawn beneath and above the door or window openings and the surplus material is removed during assembly. This ensures the correct height and spare settling space of the window and door openings and also simplifies the assembly process on the construction site.
Drilling for electric cables
According to the electrical project, accurate electrical canals are drilled into the log part through which you can carry electric cables. Thanks to this the wires will not be seen inside the room and this gives the room a tidier look.
Milling holes for electrical outlets
To make the installation of electrical outlets more convenient, we can mill holes into the logs already in the factory. For round log walls we also make flat surfaces for the socket and switch.
Making flat surfaces around the windows and doors
With round log walls flat surfaces make the installation of window or door frames easier and the flat surfaces can also be used as a design element.
Drilling grooves for T-battens
To enable the installation of shape-persistent elements (window and door frames, frame walls) into the log wall. Also the T-battens (tenon board + tenon post) installed into the grooves will allow the log house settle in the necessary amount.
Lengthening of logs by finger jointing
Finger jointing allows us to make long log details; generally the limiting factor is the length of the transportation vehicle. Read more
Lengthening of logs by dovetail jointing
The dovetail joint also allows us to lengthen the log details. The difference between the two types of jointing is that with finger jointing the details are connected at the factory, but with dovetail jointing the details are connected on the construction site. Thanks to the dovetail joint the logs can be continued in the necessary without being limited by the length of the transportation vehicle since the parts are delivered as separate pieces. Read more
Dovetail housing joint
The dovetail housing joint allows us to connect internal walls to exterior walls without leaving a visible connection on the exterior wall. This is well-suited for log houses in the city where the classical cross corner is not allowed. Read more
Sawing according to the correct roof angle
All log wall details related to the roof construction (gable walls, roof ridge beam, top rows of log walls) can be cut according to the roof angle already at the factory. This enables easy assembly on site and guarantees correct measurements and angles.
We offer 2 types of corners for the log part:
- Classical cross corner
- City-corner
