Merike is een knusse houten woning met één verdieping wat geschikt is voor een kleiner gezin.
Het middelpunt van het huis is de ruime woonkamer met een open haard en een aangesloten eetkamer. De keuken is aangesloten aan de eetkamer maar er is ook de mogelijkheid om hier een aparte ruimte van te maken. Naast de woonkamer is de badkamer met sauna. Aan de andere zijde van het huis zijn twee slaapkamers.
Op de eerste verdieping is één grote ruimte waar twee aparte slaapkamers van gemaakt kunnen worden.

Nee. Het prettige aan een houten woning bouwen is dat deze altijd gebouwd kan worden.
Houten woningen zijn meestal goedkoper dan vergelijkbare stenen of betonnen huizen.
Één vierkante meter (1m2 = 10,7 sq. feet) van vloerruimte kost tussen de 500 – 1200 EUR. De prijs wordt beïnvloed door het type logs, locatie en andere materialen.
Voor de buitenkant adviseren wij een speciaal gecertificeerd hout afdichtingsmiddel “Aidol ” HK-Lasur. Dit beschermd het hout tegen insecten, blauwe vlekken en schimmel. Voor de binnenkant van het huis raden wij u aan zoveel mogelijk natuurlijke producten te gebruiken (lijnolie, bijenwas etc).
