Op de eerste verdieping is nog een badkamer en drie slaapkamers. Twee middelgrote en één grotere slaapkamer dat toegang heeft tot een balkon. Er is een vierde kamer op de eerste verdieping wat gebruikt kan worden als logeerkamer.
