It is possible to choose from brick, decorative stone, etc. If you use stone as your external wall covering, a special cement board is installed on the prefabricated wall and the stone material will be installed thereupon on the site. Één vierkante meter (1m2 = 10,7 sq. feet) van vloerruimte kost tussen de 500 – 1200 EUR. De prijs wordt beïnvloed door het type logs, locatie en andere materialen.
De bouwkosten zijn direct gerelateerd aan de hoeveelheid werk dat er nodig is en de locatie van het nieuwe huis. Bij het maken van primaire berekeningen moet u rekening houden met kosten van ongeveer 30% (+- 5%) van de prijs van de woning.
Voor de buitenkant adviseren wij een speciaal gecertificeerd hout afdichtingsmiddel “Aidol ” HK-Lasur. Dit beschermd het hout tegen insecten, blauwe vlekken en schimmel. Voor de binnenkant van het huis raden wij u aan zoveel mogelijk natuurlijke producten te gebruiken (lijnolie, bijenwas etc).
