The plan of house is rectangular shape, two-story with a gable roof.

On the ground floor is a corridor with a staircase leading to the second floor, kitchen, combined with living room, toilet and bath. Bath consists of locker rooms, shower and sauna. From the living room is doorway to the terrace.

On the second floor are staircase hall, bathroom and 3 bedrooms, one with built-in wardrobe. From the two bedrooms is the access to the balcony.
